Default Mixing dye?

I haven't seen anything about this in game, but how does one go about mixing dyes to make a new color?

This is the forum for this kind of question:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=14

http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ghlight=mixing

And there's the results of using the search function.

Before anyone says I could have just given an answer, the simple answer is to remember the proverb about teaching a man to fish as opposed to giving a fish.
